3.3 All bets, deposits, and gameplay activity conducted via your sukacuci account shall be deemed to have been placed by the registered account holder, whether or not you authorised such activity.
4.1 All transactions on sukacuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in any other currency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, net of any applicable conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.4 A Member may only claim a new Member welcome bonus once, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the new Member welcome offer. Attempting to create additional accounts to claim a welcome bonus constitutes a violation of Section 2.3 and these Terms.
6.1 All games available on sukacuci are governed by individual game rules published within each game title. In the event of a discrepancy between those game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round, sukacuci reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Member's real-money balance. sukacuci shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrably erroneous outcome caused by a technical fault.
6.3 All game outcomes on sukacuci — for both RNG-based games and live dealer tables — are generated or conducted by certified third-party providers whose systems are subject to ongoing independent auditing. sukacuci does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sukacuci platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.2 sukacuci's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the gaming authority framework under which sukacuci operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated under that framework, unless resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process described in Section 12 below.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account balances, or promotional outcomes, you must contact sukacuci's support team in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.
12.2 If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to sukacuci's compliance department by submitting a written complaint via the email address displayed on the sukacuci Contact & Legal section of the website. sukacuci will issue a final written response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the escalated complaint.

Your continued use of sukacuci following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
